With Les Ocres, Coperies presents a single malt finished in casks that previously held French fortified wines.

After initial ageing in oak casks, the whisky is separately finished in two types of fortified wine barrels: Pineau des Charentes Rouge (PDO) and Maury (PDO). These two distinct batches are then blended, creating a uniquely complex aromatic profile.

The characteristic roundness of Coperies — born from double distillation in traditional copper pot stills — is enhanced by luscious notes of candied fruit and a subtle touch of spice. On the palate, the balance between power and elegance unfolds beautifully, with structure and a long, persistent finish.
