Coperies expresses the Merlet family’s distilling heritage, shaped by more than 170 years of expertise in Charente-Maritime. With this range, Luc and Pierre Merlet open a new chapter in the family story — that of French whisky.
“Coperies,” meaning harvests in the local dialect, pays tribute to the barley fields and the rhythm of the seasons that shape the soul of these whiskies. Authentic and refined, Coperies celebrates the union of agricultural heritage and the art of distillation.
