WHISKY SOUR
INGREDIENTS
45 ml Coperies Whisky
25 ml fresh lemon juice
20 ml simple syrup
15 ml egg white
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a Cobbler glass.
GARNISH
Half an orange slice and a maraschino cherry

Cobbler or Old Fashioned glass
PEACH AND GRAIN
INGREDIENTS
40 ml Coperies Whisky
5 ml Merlet Crème de Pêche de Vigne
15 ml dry Vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice and stir well.
Strain into a cocktail coupe.

DANDY
INGREDIENTS
40 ml Coperies Whisky
50 ml Amérisse blackcurrant bitter liqueur
2,5 ml Merlet Soeurs Cerises, cherry brandy
20 ml Red vermouth infused with smoked wood and tobacco
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until properly diluted.
Strain into a coupe glass.
